Hi! My name is Pray Charuchinda. I work at ISE for long time since 2004. You may know me with different name before such as ”K.Pear” or ”K.Prae”. Yes, those are my name also, but to use with different situation. For example, “K.Pear”, this name is so easy to say or to pronouce for small kids. So when I was teacher assistant in pre-k 3/4 and kindergarten, I used this name. But if you would lilke to call me “Pear”, it is fine for me too. For “K.Prae”, this name is come from my Thai name “แพร”. If you see teacher name “Prae” in your children’s progress report or report card, that is me. And the last one “Pray”, this is my English name that my grandmother gave it to me since I was born. So when i have to write my name in English, I use my English name “Pray”. However you can call me “Pear” , “Prae” or “Pray” whatever you prefer because that’s me, your children’s Thai teacher.
Now let me start from the begining. I was born in Bangkok, only one daughter of my parents. My mother is a Thai teacher in ISE also, she is K.Parat. My father is a soldier, he is colonel Sanitphong Charuchinda. I studied in Rajinee School. I received a Bachelor of Art degree and a Master of Arts degree from UTCC or The University of The Thai Chamber of Commerce and Dhurakijpundit University. I also hold a Bachelor degree in Education from Sukhothaithannathirat University.
I work at ISE for 9 years. In the beginning, I was a teacher assistant in grade 2 and also helped in Kindergarten before I was a full time teacher assistant in Pre-K3/4 for 4 years and in Kindergarten for 1 year. I was a past time teacher also for teaching Thai grade 6. After that I wast a middle school Thai teacher for teaching Thai for Thai in middle school, grade 6, 7 and 8, and high school in begining level. Last year, I teach Thai for Thai in grade 6, grade 7, grade 8 and also Thai for Non Thai students in grade 6, grade 7 and grade 8. For this year, I teach Thai for Thai in grade 7 and Thai for Non-Thai in grade 6, 7 and 8.
